Based on a true story, this movie tells the story of a very high-ranking executive, Mark Whitacre, at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) who blows the whistle on the food conglomerate for price fixing corn sweetener and other food additives. The MPAA has rated this film R for language. Characters use strong language and alcohol throughout the film. As the FBI investigates they are unaware that their informant is not only an accomplished liar, but is helping himself to millions of dollars from the companys coffers. Viewers are led to believe he suffers from bi-polar disorderhis manic mood swings being responsible for his lies and deceit. Unfortunately the case against ADM is weakened by the informants actions and only a handful of executives serve minimal time for their actions.
